What is ClonePlug?+
ClonePlug is a creative workspace for real-time transformation and uploaded-video character workflows, with private assets, project history, and an authoritative credit wallet.
What is Real-Time Lucy?+
Real-Time Lucy is ClonePlug's live transformation studio. You choose a saved face, preview your camera, start a session, and follow its connection and confirmed output states.
What is Character Swap?+
Character Swap is a guided uploaded-video workflow. Provide a source video, choose a saved face or supported character input, review the estimate, and track the result in My Projects.
How do credits work?+
Credits are consumed according to the applicable ClonePlug workflow. Wallet activity distinguishes available, reserved, used, released, and purchased credits.
How do I buy credits?+
Billing shows the credit packages currently configured for ClonePlug. Kora checkout may be available when configured; the return page is not proof of payment until the server verifies it.
How do manual crypto deposits work?+
Choose an enabled coin and network in Billing, send the requested payment, then submit the TXID and proof. Manual deposits remain pending until an authorized administrator reviews them; proof alone never adds credits.
Where are my projects?+
Open My Projects to review your Lucy sessions and Character Swap work, including supported statuses, results, downloads, and credit activity.
How do referrals work?+
Your stable referral link preserves attribution for a new signup. A click or signup alone does not earn a reward; qualification depends on the configured verified purchase rule.
How do I get support?+
Sign in and open Help & Support to search guidance or submit a support request. You can follow your request and replies in your workspace.
